Change is a challenging phenomenon. Whether it’s personal, professional or organizational, changer requires some sort of catalyst, either internal or , to overcome the inertia inherent in being human. The catalyst may be external force; political, environmental, sociological, technological, market or otherwise. Or it may be very personal such as any of the number of major life changes; marriage, children, divorce, illness or death. Regardless what it is, it tilts people’s current known and comfortable reality into feared uncertainty. Using thinking questions, people are empowered with their own insights, answers and actions to better manage their change process. In doing so a new higher level of equilibrium is formed for expressing and sharing the best of who we are.
tiltabilities vision is based on the adage of teaching a person to fish and feed them for lifetime rather than giving them a fish and satisfy them for only a moment. Keeping in mind the ‘big picture’ and the complex interconnection of people, processes and content, my mission is about enabling others to navigate through change and transitions that are inevitable in life. It is about empowering the unique thinking and strengths present in everyone of us to create and sustain what works rather than giving solutions that may not. In the end, it is about living with integrity where the best of who we are meant to be is expressed and shared.
My coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations integrates formal educational knowledge with a MBA with a Specialization in Leadership and over 25 years working experience and building relationships. Whatever the need or situation, the core focus remains the same – co-creating sustainable satisfying behaviours and outcomes.
Through a collaborative conversation process, clients tilt their perspective and thinking in a solution-orientated direction for realizing their potential. It involves openness and honesty about the past, identifying what is important in the present and why, searching realistic options, and developing a doable action plan for obtaining the desired future results.
